The Head of Performance Management will be responsible for overseeing the system submission, consolidation, analysis, and reporting of forward-looking forecasts.

The role will report to the Commercial Finance Director , and can be located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting variance analysis of actual performance against agreed forecasts.
  • Partner with the Commercial and Corporate FD in designing and executing the Planning process for Zalora
  • The role necessitates close collaboration with the Finance team and key stakeholders within the Commercial and Ops teams
  • The role leads 2 direct reports
  • The successful candidate will partner with the Management Team (MT) of Zalora and the FP&A team in Global Fashion Group (GFG) HQ in London
  • The ability to work across boundaries and cultures is essential, as is the ability to build professional relationships based on transparency and trust
  • The candidate must possess the analytical skills to challenge and scrutinize the information they report to the Group

Requirements :

  • This role is a comfort level with financial systems and ambiguity, along with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • The ideal candidate will be a structured thinker capable of owning planning process design and execution
  • They should be dynamic and adaptable to the ever-changing needs of the business, and demonstrate an innate curiosity to learn about the broader business
  • The ideal candidate will have experience of doing similar roles in a dynamic environment with incomplete information sets and have a track record of quick value-addition to the business
  • Eager to embrace on leadership challenges in the fast-paced e-commerce industry
